In this article I will discuss the anatomy of the breast and some natural methods of preventing or delaying sagging without recourse to surgery.
There is an intricate web of a rich supply of blood vessels and nerves which enable the breast perform it's function of milk production and storage. These contribute to making the breasts particularly sensitive.
Ligaments acting like scaffolds anchor the skin to support the entire breast structure. Sagging of the breasts occurs when these ligaments or muscular structure gets weakened and stretched.
This is completely natural and happens when the breast ligaments get stretched and weak as a result of gravity.
Several factors including size of the breasts, physical sporting activity, age, breastfeeding, hormones, excessive weight gain and genetics play a part in how early the breasts sagg.
As a surgeon I have observed that some women are undully concerned about the appearance of their breasts. It is nothing to be worried about and should be accepted with pride. Some women and men prefer the sagging look, its a matter of choice.
However, there are simple steps you can take, if you so wish to prevent premature sagging. In this article I will explore these tips.
In order to have perfect, non-saggy breasts, you need to keep them firm, by massages using essential oils and plant oils. This is in addition to pectoral exercises.
Massaging works by improving blood and lymph circulation within the breasts. It is also streghtens the underlying muscles by passive exercise .
The regular massage of your breasts can enhance the elasticity of your skin. Its best carried out in a gentle, circular continuous motion.
You can ask your partner to oblige you with a breast massage. If you repeat the massage three times a week, it will help make your breasts firmer and perky!
Vegetable oils
Use beneficial oils, such as olive or coconut oil. Massaging stimulates the blood flow and eliminates the effects of sagging, as it repairs the damaged cells.
Vegetable oils like coconut, almond, grape seed or olive oil massages can enhance the elasticity of the skin and breasts’ tissues. This will firm them up.
For best results, mix these oils with a few drops of essential oils.
Essential oils
The use of essential oils will improve the elasticity of the skin. Therefore, choose from carrot oil, spearmint oil, lemongrass oil, fennel seed oil and the like. Use only two drops in your choice of vegetable oil to massage your breasts several times a week.
Massage with ice
Ice massages should last for only about a minute, since longer massages with ice can cause numbness. They provide amazing results.
All you need to do is to rub ice cubes in a circular motion on your breasts. Please don't leave it too late, this is not a miracle cure!
